Being more productive in our work and personal life is worth spending time on to improve. Who doesn’t want to get stuff done and finished? I hope this is why you are reading this now. Getting a lot of meaningless things done isn’t productive. We know this. Spending time with family and friends is productive. We all need to pay attention here. I don’t need to lose weight (not the point of the article, a side benefit to eating mindfully) but could learn to eat slower and more mindful.
